Use this when a user wants to enquire about or book a specific boat.
Before submitting, collect from the user: email address, preferred boat, dates, number of people.
Include a notes field summarising the full conversation context for the sales team.

Optional but strongly recommended:
- people: number of people in the group
- notes: full summary of the conversation — user preferences, budget,
         sailing experience, occasion, questions asked, anything that
         would help the sales team follow up effectively

The inquiry will be logged and the Ionion Sails team will contact
the user directly at their email address.
