Nested between the caves of Agionisi and Erimonisi, settled in the bay of Plataria, the homonymous village is considered one of the most picturesque and beautiful villages of the prefecture of Igoumenitsa. Located on the Ionian coastline between the cities of Preveza and Igoumenitsa lies Parga. Curling around a sandy beach, the town is delimited by two rugged outcrops. The beautiful city of Preveza is located close to the island of Lefkada where IonionSails base lies and prevails at the entrance of Amvrakikos bay. Its cobblestone alleys come into life under the hustle and bustle of its locals as well as the tourists who roam through them in order to visit the traditional shops and the numerous well-known fish restaurants. By mooring in the port of the city, immediate access is granted to the heart of this peaceful town.
Palairos, the small town of the prefecture of Aitoloakarnania, is strategically located in the crossroads of Preveza, Lefkada and Meganhsi. Due to its position, Palairos constitutes the ideal spot for those who wish to enjoy the local cuisine at its central square or stroll by the sea. Bathyabali, with its crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches, lies within proximity of the town.
Just 18 kilometres in the South of Palairos, you can find Mytikas. As the land cuts into the sea, the village offers a breathtaking view of the island of Kalamos and it is connected to it by daily ferries. The small port welcomes its visitors with its taverns and traditional houses reaching up to the sea.
Valtos is the largest beach in Parga and among the most popular destinations to visitors. From there you can use a sea taxi that can drive you to explore the next bays.
Among the most popular bays of Sivota, the turquoise sea water in the bay gives you the feeling of swimming in a natural pool.
