The beautiful city of Preveza is located close to the island of Lefkada where IonionSails base lies and prevails at the entrance of Amvrakikos bay. Its cobblestone alleys come into life under the hustle and bustle of its locals as well as the tourists who roam through them in order to visit the traditional shops and the numerous well-known fish restaurants. Palairos, the small town of the prefecture of Aitoloakarnania, is strategically located in the crossroads of Preveza, Lefkada and Meganhsi. Due to its position, Palairos constitutes the ideal spot for those who wish to enjoy the local cuisine at its central square or stroll by the sea. Bathyabali, with its crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches, lies within proximity of the town.
Just 18 kilometres in the South of Palairos, you can find Mytikas. As the land cuts into the sea, the village offers a breathtaking view of the island of Kalamos and it is connected to it by daily ferries.
